About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Trade Counter Sales Advisor for employers in Peterborough and across City of Peterborough. If you are confident on the phone and like to hit a target, our sales desk has regular roles in this area on permanent and temporary terms.
What you will be doing
- Greet customers and understand what they need
- Demonstrate products and explain the benefits
- Offer finance, add-ons or service plans where suitable
- Complete sales paperwork accurately
- Follow up customers after the sale
- Contribute to team and individual sales targets
What you need
- Proven background as a trade counter sales advisor, or strong transferable sales skills
- Trade counter or merchant experience, Product knowledge, Customer service
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
