About this role

Focus Recruitment is recruiting Ventilation Engineer for work across Taunton and the surrounding Somerset area. We work with contractors, facilities providers and housing groups who hire continuously in this region, so we place ventilation engineer year-round rather than on one-off adverts.

What you will be doing

• Service, repair and replace domestic boilers and heating systems
• Carry out gas safety checks and issue certification
• Diagnose faults on a range of appliance types
• Advise customers clearly on works required
• Maintain full and accurate job records
• Keep van stock and calibration up to date

What you need

• Relevant plumbing or mechanical qualification
• CSCS, IPAF
• Ability to work to drawings and specifications
• Own hand tools and appropriate PPE
• Right to work in the UK
