About this role
We are looking for experienced Ventilation Engineer to work with our clients in Ballymena. Focus Recruitment has supplied trades across Mid and East Antrim for years, and our clients come back to us repeatedly for the same roles.
What you will be doing
- Maintain mechanical plant and building services systems
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks
- Respond to reactive breakdowns within SLA
- Complete job sheets and asset records
- Support statutory inspection schedules
- Escalate significant defects appropriately
What you need
- Recent domestic or commercial experience in a similar role
- CSCS, IPAF
- Good standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Professional manner with customers and site teams
- Right to work in the UK
