About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Commercial Solicitor for firms in Warwick and across Warwickshire. We work with regional practices and high street firms who recruit on a rolling basis, so we place commercial solicitors throughout the year.
What you will be doing
- Manage your own caseload of matters from instruction to conclusion
- Advise clients clearly on options, risk and costs
- Draft correspondence, documentation and applications
- Liaise with other side, counsel and third parties
- Maintain files to SRA and firm compliance standards
- Meet agreed billing and chargeable hours targets
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- SRA admitted
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
