About this role

We have ongoing requirements for a Inbound Sales Advisor in Wembley. Our Greater London clients include B2B service companies, contact centres, estate agents, car dealerships and technology businesses, and several hire into sales roles all year round.

What you will be doing

• Call warm leads and follow up quotes promptly
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right product
• Process orders and take payments over the phone
• Upsell and cross-sell where it suits the customer
• Keep customer records up to date
• Work as part of a supportive, target-driven sales team

What you need

• Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
• Confident on the phone, Target-driven, CRM experience
• Able to build rapport quickly
• Self-motivated and well organised
• Right to work in the UK
