About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant for employers in West Bromwich and across West Midlands. If you are confident on the phone and like to hit a target, our sales desk has regular roles in this area on permanent and temporary terms.
What you will be doing
- Call new and existing clients to win business
- Advise customers with honest, practical recommendations
- Prepare quotes, proposals and paperwork

- Work closely with colleagues to deliver for customers
- Meet activity and revenue targets
What you need
- Sales experience in a similar role
- Business development on the phone, Candidate sourcing, Target-driven
- Motivated by targets and commission
- Positive attitude and team player
- Right to work in the UK
