We are recruiting an experienced Wills and Probate Solicitor for clients in Poole. Focus Recruitment has supplied legal staff across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole for years, and many of our placements come through firms returning to us.
What you will be doing
- Advise on trusts, estate planning and Court of Protection matters
- Draft and review complex documentation
- Work with financial advisers and accountants

- Background in a comparable legal role
- SRA admitted or CILEX
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
