About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Account Executive for employers in Newcastle upon Tyne and across North East. If you are confident on the phone and like to hit a target, our sales desk has regular roles in this area on permanent and temporary terms.
What you will be doing
- Act as the main point of contact for your clients
- Understand each client’s goals and plan how to grow the account
- Negotiate renewals and contract extensions
- Coordinate internal teams to deliver for clients
- Keep account records and forecasts accurate in the CRM
- Hit retention and growth targets
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Client relationship management, Upselling and renewals, CRM experience
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
