About this role
We are looking for a Account Manager to join one of our clients in Bognor Regis. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across West Sussex for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Look after a book of key or national accounts
- Agree annual plans, pricing and promotions
- Lead commercial negotiations
- Track sales against budget and act on gaps
- Build relationships at several levels in each account
- Present performance reviews to clients
What you need
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience, or a confident phone manner
- Client relationship management, Upselling and renewals, CRM experience
- Target-driven and resilient
- Clear, persuasive communicator
- Right to work in the UK
