About this role
We have ongoing requirements for a Account Manager in Basingstoke. Our Hampshire clients include B2B service companies, contact centres, estate agents, car dealerships and technology businesses, and several hire into sales roles all year round.
What you will be doing
- Act as the main point of contact for your clients
- Understand each client’s goals and plan how to grow the account
- Negotiate renewals and contract extensions
- Coordinate internal teams to deliver for clients
- Keep account records and forecasts accurate in the CRM
- Hit retention and growth targets
What you need
- Proven background as a account manager, or strong transferable sales skills
- Client relationship management, Upselling and renewals, CRM experience
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
