What you will be doing

• Act as the main point of contact for your clients
• Understand each client’s goals and plan how to grow the account
• Negotiate renewals and contract extensions
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver for clients
• Keep account records and forecasts accurate in the CRM
• Hit retention and growth targets

What you need

• Proven background as a account manager, or strong transferable sales skills
• Client relationship management, Upselling and renewals, CRM experience
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls
• Organised, with good IT skills
• Right to work in the UK
