About this role
We are recruiting an experienced Associate Solicitor for clients in Canterbury. Focus Recruitment has supplied legal staff across Kent for years, and many of our placements come through firms returning to us.
What you will be doing
- Take responsibility for a caseload with minimal supervision
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to departmental targets and business development
- Supervise or support junior colleagues
- Maintain technical knowledge and CPD
- Uphold the firm’s compliance and risk procedures
What you need
- Proven experience as a associate solicitor
- SRA admitted, 3-6 years PQE
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
