About this role
We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive to join one of our clients in Birmingham. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across West Midlands for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Research target markets and identify new opportunities
- Make outbound calls to decision makers
- Understand client needs and position the right solution
- Follow up quotes and move opportunities to close
- Keep the CRM accurate and up to date
- Hit monthly new business targets
What you need
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience, or a confident phone manner
- New business sales, Pipeline management, CRM experience
- Target-driven and resilient
- Clear, persuasive communicator
- Right to work in the UK
