About this role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join one of our clients in Barnsley. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Yorkshire and the Humber for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Own the sales strategy for your area or product
- Forecast revenue accurately
- Improve sales processes and use of the CRM
- Support the team on key deals and negotiations
- Manage budgets and commission plans
- Work with other departments on growth plans
What you need
- Proven background as a sales manager, or strong transferable sales skills
- Team leadership, Sales targets and KPIs, Coaching and performance management
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
