About this role
We have ongoing requirements for a Sales Team Leader in Barnsley. Our Yorkshire and the Humber clients include B2B service companies, contact centres, estate agents, car dealerships and technology businesses, and several hire into sales roles all year round.
What you will be doing
- Manage day-to-day sales floor activity
- Track call volumes, conversion and quality
- Coach new starters through their first months
- Spot top performers and develop them
- Make sure every sale follows compliance rules
- Prepare weekly reports for the management team
What you need
- Proven background as a sales team leader, or strong transferable sales skills
- Team leadership, Sales targets and KPIs, Coaching and performance management
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
