About this role
We have ongoing requirements for a Outbound Sales Agent in Boston. Our Lincolnshire clients include B2B service companies, contact centres, estate agents, car dealerships and technology businesses, and several hire into sales roles all year round.
What you will be doing
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and web chat
- Turn enquiries into sales with a consultative approach
- Arrange renewals and repeat orders with existing customers
- Record activity and pipeline on the CRM
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
- Take part in call coaching and product training
What you need
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience, or a confident phone manner
- Confident on the phone, Target-driven, CRM experience
- Target-driven and resilient
- Clear, persuasive communicator
- Right to work in the UK
