About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Key Account Manager for employers in Boston and across Lincolnshire. If you are confident on the phone and like to hit a target, our sales desk has regular roles in this area on permanent and temporary terms.
What you will be doing
- Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts
- Build strong relationships with key contacts
- Run regular account reviews by phone and in person
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities
- Resolve issues and protect revenue
- Report on account performance and growth
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Managing key accounts, Commercial negotiation, CRM experience
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
