About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Branch Sales Manager for employers in Bexhill-on-Sea and across East Sussex. If you are confident on the phone and like to hit a target, our sales desk has regular roles in this area on permanent and temporary terms.
What you will be doing
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of sales people
- Set daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Monitor calls, pipeline and performance against KPIs
- Run team meetings, training and one-to-ones
- Recruit and onboard new sales staff
- Report results and forecasts to senior management
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Branch or team management, Sales targets and KPIs, Estate agency or retail sales
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
