About this role
Our sales desk is recruiting a Branch Sales Manager for an established employer in Brighton. Previous sales experience helps, but for many of these roles a confident phone manner and the drive to hit targets matter more than your CV.
What you will be doing
- Drive the team to hit and exceed revenue targets
- Listen to calls and give practical feedback
- Manage performance fairly and consistently
- Build a positive, high-energy sales culture
- Handle escalated customer conversations
- Plan campaigns and incentives with marketing
What you need
- Proven background as a branch sales manager, or strong transferable sales skills
- Branch or team management, Sales targets and KPIs, Estate agency or retail sales
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
