About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting BREEAM Assessor for work across Bath and the wider Bath and North East Somerset area. Our clients are planning, engineering and environmental consultancies, developers and housebuilders who need assessments delivered for planning applications, so demand for breeam assessor runs year-round.
What you will be doing
- Carry out retrofit assessments to PAS 2035
- Complete RdSAP energy assessments and condition reports
- Survey occupied homes and record ventilation and moisture risks
- Upload data and photos accurately on the day
- Work with retrofit coordinators and installers
- Plan your own diary of home visits
What you need
- Relevant qualification in building services, energy or sustainability
- Licensed BREEAM Assessor, BREEAM New Construction / Refurbishment, Evidence management and design team liaison
- Good knowledge of Building Regulations
- Full UK driving licence for site visits
- Right to work in the UK
