About this role
We have ongoing requirements for BREEAM Assessor covering Bristol. Development pipelines in City of Bristol need technical assessments at every stage, from pre-application through to discharge of conditions, and our clients hire breeam assessor on permanent, contract and freelance terms.
What you will be doing
- Prepare Energy Statements and Sustainability Statements for planning
- Run SAP and SBEM calculations
- Act as BREEAM Assessor from pre-assessment to final certification
- Advise design teams on Part L, overheating and renewables
- Collate and review evidence from the design team
- Report on carbon reduction and planning policy compliance
What you need
- Energy, sustainability or retrofit experience
- Licensed BREEAM Assessor, BREEAM New Construction / Refurbishment, Evidence management and design team liaison
- Organised, accurate record-keeping
- Comfortable with residents and site teams
- Right to work in the UK
