About this role
Our sales desk is recruiting a Call Centre Sales Agent for an established employer in Newton Abbot. Previous sales experience helps, but for many of these roles a confident phone manner and the drive to hit targets matter more than your CV.
What you will be doing
- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers
- Handle inbound sales enquiries and convert them into orders
- Present products and services clearly over the phone
- Overcome objections and close sales
- Log every call and outcome accurately on the CRM
- Hit daily call and weekly sales targets
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Confident on the phone, Target-driven, CRM experience
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
