About this role
We are recruiting an experienced Trusts and Estates Solicitor for clients in Cardiff. Focus Recruitment has supplied legal staff across Caerdydd – Cardiff for years, and many of our placements come through firms returning to us.
What you will be doing
- Advise on trusts, estate planning and Court of Protection matters
- Draft and review complex documentation
- Work with financial advisers and accountants
- Build long-term client relationships
- Maintain technical knowledge and CPD
- Support business development in the department
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- SRA admitted, STEP
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
