About this role
Our Cumberland clients have a standing need for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Carlisle. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Carry out searches, raise and reply to enquiries
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other side
- Maintain files in line with CQS and firm procedures
- Meet agreed billing and completion targets
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- CLC or CILEX or Solicitor, CQS familiarity
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
