About this role

Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Civil Litigation Paralegal for firms in Eastleigh and across Hampshire. We work with regional practices and high street firms who recruit on a rolling basis, so we place civil litigation paralegals throughout the year.

What you will be doing

  • Manage debt recovery and enforcement matters at volume
  • Issue proceedings and obtain judgment
  • Deal with enforcement options and applications
  • Report to commercial clients on recovery rates
  • Maintain accurate ledgers and file records
  • Meet agreed recovery targets

What you need

  • Background in a comparable legal role
  • Law degree
  • Comfortable using case management systems
  • Discreet and professional with confidential matters
  • Right to work in the UK
