What you will be doing
- Manage a caseload of civil and commercial disputes
- Draft pleadings, applications and witness statements
- Advise clients on merits, risk and costs
- Attend hearings and instruct counsel
- Comply with CPR and court deadlines throughout
- Meet chargeable hours and billing targets
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- Law degree
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
