About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Claimant Personal Injury Fee Earner for firms in Merthyr Tydfil and across Merthyr Tudful – Merthyr Tydfil. We work with regional practices and high street firms who recruit on a rolling basis, so we place claimant personal injury fee earners throughout the year.
What you will be doing
- Manage a caseload of personal injury claims
- Assess liability, quantum and prospects of success
- Obtain medical evidence and expert reports
- Negotiate settlements with insurers and other side
- Work within portal and fixed costs regimes where applicable
- Meet file management and billing targets
What you need
- Proven experience as a claimant personal injury fee earner
- PI caseload
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
