About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Employment Law Paralegal for firms in Colchester and across Essex. We work with regional practices and high street firms who recruit on a rolling basis, so we place employment law paralegals throughout the year.
What you will be doing
- Support fee earners across the department
- Draft routine correspondence and documents
- Manage file opening, closing and compliance checks
- Track deadlines and key dates
- Deal with client and third party enquiries
- Maintain accurate records throughout
What you need
- Recent experience in a UK law firm
- Law degree
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
- Right to work in the UK
