About this role
Our City of Bristol clients have a standing need for a Criminal Paralegal, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Bristol. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Represent clients at the police station and in the Magistrates Court
- Prepare cases and take detailed instructions
- Review and analyse prosecution evidence
- Instruct counsel and experts where required
- Comply with Legal Aid and LAA requirements
- Participate in the duty rota
What you need
- Proven experience as a criminal paralegal
- Law degree
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
