About this role
We are looking for a Customer Service Sales Advisor to join one of our clients in Bangor. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Ards and North Down for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Call customers whose contracts are due for renewal
- Explain renewal options and pricing clearly
- Offer upgrades that suit the customer’s needs
- Handle objections and save at-risk customers
- Record outcomes and follow-ups in the system
- Achieve renewal and retention targets
What you need
- Sales experience in a similar role
- Excellent phone manner, Customer service, Accurate data entry
- Motivated by targets and commission
- Positive attitude and team player
- Right to work in the UK
