About this role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join one of our clients in Portsmouth. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Yorkshire and the Humber for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Onboard new clients smoothly after the sale
- Check in regularly to make sure clients get value
- Spot risks early and put plans in place
- Present new products and services to existing clients
- Prepare proposals and quotes
- Work with sales and support teams on account plans
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Customer success, Renewals and expansion, CRM experience
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
