About this role
We have ongoing requirements for a Customer Success Manager in Stockport. Our North West clients include B2B service companies, contact centres, estate agents, car dealerships and technology businesses, and several hire into sales roles all year round.
What you will be doing
- Onboard new clients smoothly after the sale
- Check in regularly to make sure clients get value
- Spot risks early and put plans in place
- Present new products and services to existing clients
- Prepare proposals and quotes
- Work with sales and support teams on account plans
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Customer success, Renewals and expansion, CRM experience
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
