About this role
We are looking for a Customer Upgrades Advisor to join one of our clients in Newry. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Support the sales team with quotes, orders and admin
- Process orders and keep the CRM accurate
- Liaise with customers on delivery and progress
- Prepare sales reports and pipeline updates
- Handle customer queries by phone and email
- Coordinate between sales, operations and finance
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Upselling on the phone, Customer service, Target-driven
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
