About this role
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join one of our clients in Newry. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Call customers whose contracts are due for renewal
- Explain renewal options and pricing clearly
- Offer upgrades that suit the customer’s needs
- Handle objections and save at-risk customers
- Record outcomes and follow-ups in the system
- Achieve renewal and retention targets
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Sales administration, Order processing, Microsoft 365
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
