About this role
Our Falkirk clients have a standing need for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Falkirk. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Manage a caseload of civil and commercial disputes
- Draft pleadings, applications and witness statements
- Advise clients on merits, risk and costs
- Attend hearings and instruct counsel
- Comply with CPR and court deadlines throughout
- Meet chargeable hours and billing targets
What you need
- Proven experience as a dispute resolution solicitor
- SRA admitted
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
