About this role
We are looking for Energy and Sustainability Consultant to join our clients in St Albans. From graduate and consultant level up to principal and associate, Focus Recruitment works with consultancies across Hertfordshire that are growing their assessment teams.
What you will be doing
- Carry out retrofit assessments to PAS 2035
- Complete RdSAP energy assessments and condition reports
- Survey occupied homes and record ventilation and moisture risks
- Upload data and photos accurately on the day
- Work with retrofit coordinators and installers
- Plan your own diary of home visits
What you need
- Energy, sustainability or retrofit experience
- Energy Statements and Sustainability Statements, SAP / SBEM accreditation, Part L and Future Homes Standard knowledge
- Organised, accurate record-keeping
- Comfortable with residents and site teams
- Right to work in the UK
