About this role
Our sales desk is recruiting a Estate Agent Negotiator for an established employer in Wrexham. Previous sales experience helps, but for many of these roles a confident phone manner and the drive to hit targets matter more than your CV.
What you will be doing
- Greet customers and understand what they need
- Demonstrate products and explain the benefits
- Offer finance, add-ons or service plans where suitable
- Complete sales paperwork accurately
- Follow up customers after the sale
- Contribute to team and individual sales targets
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Full UK driving licence, Property sales or lettings, Confident on the phone
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
