About this role
We have ongoing requirements for a Telephone Fundraiser in Wrexham. Our Wrecsam – Wrexham clients include B2B service companies, contact centres, estate agents, car dealerships and technology businesses, and several hire into sales roles all year round.
What you will be doing
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and web chat
- Turn enquiries into sales with a consultative approach
- Arrange renewals and repeat orders with existing customers
- Record activity and pipeline on the CRM
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
- Take part in call coaching and product training
What you need
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience, or a confident phone manner
- Confident on the phone, Persuasive and positive, Resilience
- Target-driven and resilient
- Clear, persuasive communicator
- Right to work in the UK
