About this role
We recruit Facilities Plumber for contractors and maintenance providers working throughout Bury and the wider North West region. This is a role we fill regularly, so registering with us puts you in front of several clients at once.
What you will be doing
- Attend planned and reactive call-outs across the patch
- Diagnose and repair heating and plumbing faults
- Carry out annual services and safety checks
- Keep accurate job records and van stock
- Communicate clearly with clients and tenants
- Work to appointment times and response targets
What you need
- Time served or formally qualified in plumbing and heating
- NVQ Level 2, L8 awareness
- Comfortable completing certification and job records
- Full UK driving licence preferred for mobile roles
- Right to work in the UK
