About this role
We recruit Family Law Legal Secretarys for practices operating throughout West Bromwich and West Midlands. This is a role we fill regularly, so registering puts your details in front of several firms at once.
What you will be doing
- Handle private family work including financial remedy
- Conduct client meetings and take detailed instructions
- Prepare and manage court bundles
- Liaise with counsel, experts and other side
- Maintain accurate attendance notes and file records
- Support the firm’s family department targets
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- Audio typing, Family law experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
