About this role
We recruit Family Law Solicitors for practices operating throughout Cannock and Staffordshire. This is a role we fill regularly, so registering puts your details in front of several firms at once.
What you will be doing
- Manage a caseload of family matters including divorce and finance
- Advise clients sensitively and clearly on their options
- Prepare court documentation and attend hearings where required
- Draft applications, statements and correspondence
- Work within Legal Aid requirements where applicable
- Meet billing and file management standards
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- SRA admitted, 2+ years PQE
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
