About this role
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join one of our clients in Dorchester. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Dorset for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Grow sales with existing accounts in your area
- Win new business through prospecting and cold visits
- Run product demonstrations and promotions
- Negotiate pricing and volume agreements
- Report on competitor activity in the territory
- Achieve agreed revenue and margin targets
What you need
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience, or a confident phone manner
- Full UK driving licence, Face-to-face sales, Territory planning
- Target-driven and resilient
- Clear, persuasive communicator
- Right to work in the UK
