About this role
Our sales desk is recruiting a Field Sales Representative for an established employer in Carlisle. Previous sales experience helps, but for many of these roles a confident phone manner and the drive to hit targets matter more than your CV.
What you will be doing
- Follow up booked appointments and qualified leads
- Carry out consultations and needs assessments on site
- Prepare quotes and close on the day where appropriate
- Handle objections professionally
- Keep accurate records of every visit
- Work closely with the office-based sales support team
What you need
- Proven background as a field sales representative, or strong transferable sales skills
- Full UK driving licence, Face-to-face sales, Territory planning
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
