About this role

We are looking for Fire Risk Assessor to join our clients in Grimsby. From graduate and consultant level up to principal and associate, Focus Recruitment works with consultancies across North East Lincolnshire that are growing their assessment teams.

What you will be doing

• Carry out asbestos management and refurbishment/demolition surveys
• Take samples safely and record findings accurately
• Produce clear survey reports and registers
• Carry out condition surveys, dilapidations and defect diagnosis
• Prepare specifications and schedules of work
• Build good working relationships with clients and site teams

What you need

• Relevant qualification and surveying experience
• Fire Risk Assessments to PAS 79, IFE or IFSM registration, Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order and Building Safety Act knowledge
• Clear, accurate report writing
• Full UK driving licence
• Right to work in the UK
