About this role
We are looking for a Graduate Sales Executive to join one of our clients in Cardiff. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Caerdydd – Cardiff for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Research target markets and identify new opportunities
- Make outbound calls to decision makers
- Understand client needs and position the right solution
- Follow up quotes and move opportunities to close
- Keep the CRM accurate and up to date
- Hit monthly new business targets
What you need
- Sales experience in a similar role
- Degree or equivalent, Confident on the phone, Ambition to progress in sales
- Motivated by targets and commission
- Positive attitude and team player
- Right to work in the UK
