About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Sales Advisor for employers in Halifax and across Yorkshire and the Humber. If you are confident on the phone and like to hit a target, our sales desk has regular roles in this area on permanent and temporary terms.
What you will be doing
- Call customers whose contracts are due for renewal
- Explain renewal options and pricing clearly
- Offer upgrades that suit the customer’s needs
- Handle objections and save at-risk customers
- Record outcomes and follow-ups in the system
- Achieve renewal and retention targets
What you need
- Proven background as a customer service sales advisor, or strong transferable sales skills
- Excellent phone manner, Customer service, Accurate data entry
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
