About this role
We have ongoing requirements for a Solar Sales Consultant in Hamilton. Our South Lanarkshire clients include B2B service companies, contact centres, estate agents, car dealerships and technology businesses, and several hire into sales roles all year round.
What you will be doing
- Grow sales with existing accounts in your area
- Win new business through prospecting and cold visits
- Run product demonstrations and promotions
- Negotiate pricing and volume agreements
- Report on competitor activity in the territory
- Achieve agreed revenue and margin targets
What you need
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience, or a confident phone manner
- Full UK driving licence, Home improvement or solar sales, Face-to-face sales
- Target-driven and resilient
- Clear, persuasive communicator
- Right to work in the UK
