About this role
We have ongoing requirements for a Renewals Specialist in Hamilton. Our South Lanarkshire clients include B2B service companies, contact centres, estate agents, car dealerships and technology businesses, and several hire into sales roles all year round.
What you will be doing
- Call customers whose contracts are due for renewal
- Explain renewal options and pricing clearly
- Offer upgrades that suit the customer’s needs
- Handle objections and save at-risk customers
- Record outcomes and follow-ups in the system
- Achieve renewal and retention targets
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Renewals and retention, Excellent phone manner, CRM experience
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
