About this role
Our North Yorkshire clients have a standing need for a Medical Receptionist, and we are registering candidates available in and around Harrogate. Full-time, part-time and hybrid options are available.
What you will be doing
- Deliver a professional front of house service
- Manage the switchboard and central inbox
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and hospitality
- Liaise with contractors, couriers and suppliers
- Maintain security and signing-in procedures
- Assist with ad hoc administrative projects
What you need
- Previous experience in a similar role
- EMIS or SystmOne, Patient confidentiality, DBS
- Confident communicator, written and verbal
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Right to work in the UK
