About this role
We have ongoing requirements for a Civil Litigation Paralegal in Scarborough. Our North Yorkshire clients range from long-established high street practices to growing regional firms, and several recruit continuously into this role.
What you will be doing
- Manage debt recovery and enforcement matters at volume
- Issue proceedings and obtain judgment
- Deal with enforcement options and applications
- Report to commercial clients on recovery rates
- Maintain accurate ledgers and file records
- Meet agreed recovery targets
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- Law degree
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
